PUISSANT.CH

I am a Designer and Researcher based in Lausanne, Switzerland. I envisage the design practice with a holistic mindset, and I consider myself as someone “that makes things happen”. Hence, I don’t like to be labeled, or put in a box: I prefer to define myself as someone that imagines, explores, questions, reflects, and turns ideas into real things.

Hence, I am always open to new and disruptive approaches, and willing to complement and reframe my understanding in order to get things done. To do so, I can count on a diverse and unique background.

My unusual curriculum - a Bachelor of Arts at ECAL, followed by a MAS at EPFL - allowed me to explore, develop and merge seemingly opposite but complementary postures: a creative-disruptive one, and a analytic-rational one.

Through my career, I was able to fully leverage from these competencies, but also to build a diverse technical and methodological know-how - ranging from interaction design to programming, including electronics, audiovisual production, prototyping, but also scientific papers redaction or qualitative and quantitative research - as well as soft and transversal skills such as reliability, integrity or flexibility, but also empathy, mediation and coordination.

My various academic, professional and personal experiences led me to decline my practice according to numerous interests, such as sustainabilty, pedagogy, interdisciplinarity and counterculture.
